Roni Blak
Founder & Co-Artistic Director
In 1989, Roni relocated from Canada to Los Angeles, California, where she has since made a name for herself through a distinguished career in the arts. She is an active member of Dance Masters of America and the National Dance Education Organization. She is also the founder of MNR Dance Factory, which– under her leadership– has grown into the premier dance studio it is today. Additionally, Roni plays a pivotal role at the Archer School for Girls, where she staffs the dance program, mentors student choreographers, and produces original works.
Roni founded Blak & Blue Dance Project in collaboration with her former partner, Molly Lorenz. As the Co-Artistic Director, Roni leads the nonprofit organization in creating socially aware, relevant, and original dance productions, both on and off-screen.
Roni is also a member of SAG and has been choreographing and acting in commercials, music videos, and video games for over two decades.

Lisa Winick
Co-Artistic Director
Lisa is an artist with a profound appreciation for dance. After studying at the Art Students League of New York from 1977 to 1978, she completed her undergraduate degree at Stanford University in 1980. She then went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts from Columbia University in 1984. Following her graduation, she spent a year studying with the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture. In addition to her creative pursuits, Lisa has a passion for travel. She is also an accomplished skier and serves as a member of the San Bernardino Mountain Patrol.
Rose Conroy-Voza
Company Director & Social Media Coordinator
Rose is a dancer, model, and actress from Pitman, New Jersey. She earned a degree in Dance Performance from Rider University/Princeton Ballet School and has since built a diverse portfolio of professional achievements. She has been featured in music videos for a number of prominent artists, including The Weeknd, Christina Aguilera, Becky G, James Blake, John K, Maty Noyes, and 24K Goldn. She has appeared in commercials and internet ads for the brands Skechers, Vimeo, Experian, and Huffy Bicycles. She has performed live at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, the A3C Festival in Atlanta, the Miss Iran 2023 Awards, and the Westgate Casino in Las Vegas. In addition to her performance accolades, Rose is also an accomplished choreographer. She served as the movement coordinator and choreographer for the Nike Kids Spring 2024 Dance Collection Campaign, co-choreographed Blak & Blue Dance Project’s short film Bridges, and is the current Team Director at MNR Dance Factory. She is thrilled to take on her new role as the Company Director and Social Media Coordinator at Blak & Blue Dance Project.
